1. Designated Copyright Agent

BoardSounds has designated a Registered Agent to receive copyright infringement notifications in accordance with Section 512(c) of the DMCA.

2. Takedown Notices

To be valid, a notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• URL of the allegedly infringing content.
• Full contact information of the claimant.
• Good faith statement and penalty of perjury.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can send a counter-notification that includes your contact information, identification of the content, and a statement of good faith.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will wait 10-14 business days for the claimant to initiate legal action; otherwise, we will restore the content.

4. Policy for Repeat Infringers

BoardSounds reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.

5. Limitation of Liability

BoardSounds is not responsible for comments or communications between claimants and users involved in the DMCA process.

6. Policy Updates
